TOTAL BODY
Hit all the muscle groups through a series of bodyweight training and bursts of cardio to keep things spicy. Ay caramba!

ABS ON FIRE
It’s a quickie! All you need is 15 minutes to give those abs a delight. So get on the mat and let’s light up that middle!

HIIT LIKE HELL
A.K.A. high intensity interval training. 40 seconds of an exercise (as hard as you can go) followed by 20 seconds of rest. Drip drip!

BOOTY BURN
Isolate that beautiful behind to get things perky and tight. We will work that bum until it burns burns burns.

YOGA DEEP STRETCH
This is a yummy recovery from those intense workouts. Lean in, breathe deep, stretch it out and connect to something big.

Steph Nieman is multi-certified Trainer with 14 years of experience including 7 years of international work.
She started her career in New York City, where she taught classes at Soul Cycle, Barry’s and Peloton.

Steph consulted indoor cycling studios around the world, training instructors and developing class formats.
Among her clients are BOOM Cycle London, Velobeat Moscow, b.cycle Montreal and Off Beat Dallas.

She was the Talent Manager for an exclusive cycling studio in Paris, France. In Paris, Steph also managed and taught classes at Barrys.

During the confinement Steph led daily workouts on Instagram and became a hit across Europe.

This is Team Steph, a platform where her community comes together to sweat, laugh and try to become a better person.
